حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي نَمِرٍ - عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏ "‏ الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ عَلَى الْفِئَامِ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْ حَظِّ هَذَا وَحَظِّ هَذَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

English Translation

Narrated Ata' ibn Yasar:

Ata' reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet (ﷺ). This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this.
