حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ عُهْدَةَ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Uqbah bin 'Amir that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"There is no contractual obligation after four (days)."
