حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي الصُّغْدِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ صُقَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ حَرِيمُ النَّخْلَةِ مَدُّ جَرِيدِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah Said:

“The land around a date-palm tree, as far as its branches reach, belongs to the owner of the tree.”
