حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Amir bin Sa'd, from this father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

“The hand of the thief is to be cut off for the price of a shield.
