Arabic Text
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، . قَالَ سَلَمَةُ فَلَقِيتُ كُرَيْبًا فَقَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ خَالَتِي مَيْمُونَةَ فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ غُنْدَرٍ . وَقَالَ " وَاجْعَلْنِي نُورًا " . وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ .
English Translation
Salama said:
I met Kuraib and he reported Ibn `Abbas as saying: I was with my mother's sister Maimuna and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came there, and then he narrated the rest of the hadith as was narrated by Ghundar and said these words: "Make me light," beyond any doubt.
