حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏.‏ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الصُّبْحِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ بِـ ‏{‏ الم * تَنْزِيلُ‏}‏ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الأُولَى وَفِي الثَّانِيَةِ ‏{‏ هَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الإِنْسَانِ حِينٌ مِنَ الدَّهْرِ لَمْ يَكُنْ شَيْئًا مَذْكُورًا‏}‏

English Translation

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite in the dawn prayer on Friday:

" Alif-Lam-Mim, Tanzil" in the first rak'ah, and in the second one:" Surely there came over the man a time when he was nothing that could be mentioned."
