Arabic Text

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَنْ يَتِرَكَ مِنْ عَمَلِكَ شَيْئًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَزَادَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَهَلْ تَحْلُبُهَا يَوْمَ وِرْدِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏

English Translation

This tradition has been handed down through a different chain of transmitter with the addition of the following words at the end:

" Do you milk them on the day they arrive at the water? He replied: Yes."
