Arabic Text

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَعَلَيْهِ حُلَّةٌ حَمْرَاءُ مُتَرَجِّلاً لَمْ أَرَ قَبْلَهُ وَلاَ بَعْدَهُ أَحَدًا هُوَ أَجْمَلُ مِنْهُ ‏.‏

English Translation

It was narrated that Al-Bara' said:

"I saw the Prophet wearing a red Hullah, with his hair combed, and I have never seen anyone before or since, who was more handsome than he."
