The Book of Seeking Refuge with Allah

كتاب الاستعاذة

Arabic Text

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَأَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ عُوذُوا بِاللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِنْ عَذَابِ اللَّهِ عُوذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:

The Prophet said: "Seek refuge with Allah from the punishment of Allah, seek refuge with Allah from the trials of life and death, from the torment of the grave and from the tribulation of the Al-Masihid-Dajjal."
